I have a 2005 4300 DT466....my most severe problem.... after it gets up to temperature...it consistently loses its pedal..almost like a stall but engine doesn't die and no warning lights....loads up for a second then regains power as it bellows smoke out the back....black... with a touch of gray and some white....go figure..... i noticed the oil level getting higher..almost a gallon over a 3 month period...thought maybe stuck injector...but doesnt smoke all the time...can the high pressure fuel pump leak into the block? its located on the drivers side in front of fuel filter....Heeellllpppp.. oh yeah.. its an egr motor....any thoughts are appreciated....
